YOGA FLOW 

Didi’s yoga classes are unlike any others I’ve taken. You can feel her background in ballet and movement  everything flows with so much grace, precision, and awareness. She pays attention to alignment while still allowing freedom, and I always leave feeling strong, open, and connected to my body.

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing sessions with her feel like a reset for my entire nervous system. The way she weaves sound, silence, and intention makes it incredibly easy to let go. I leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply rested  like my body finally remembered how to relax.

MEDITATION 

She has a way of guiding meditation that makes presence feel accessible, not intimidating. Her voice is calming and steady, and she creates so much space to simply be. Every meditation feels grounding, centering, and deeply nourishing.
