ENTER A FIELD OF STILLNESS - A SPACE OF PEACE AWAITS.
a sanctuary for the nervous system. a space to breathe. an invitation to slow down. intentional rest.

WHY IT WORKS
Calms the nervous system: Sound gently shifts the body out of fight or flight and into a parasympathetic state, allowing the heart rate to slow down, muscles to soften and the body to access deep relaxation.
Decreases Stress:
As brainwaves move into meditative rhythms, the mind becomes quieter and more present, reducing mental tension and the subjective experience of stress and overwhelm.
Supports recovery & Restoration:
By regulating the nervous system, sound creates the internal conditions needed for cellular repair, emotional processing, and sustainable recovery from physical and mental fatigue.

What is a Sound Bath?
You lie down (or sit comfortably) while Didi plays crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Tones are layered slowly. You’re guided to breathe, release tension, and let your body settle. No poses to learn, no effort required—you simply receive.
Benefits:
-
Mental uncluttering and a calmer mood
-
Full-body exhale: neck, jaw, and shoulder relief
-
A sense of groundedness and presence
-
Gentle support for sleep hygiene and post-training recovery
-
Accessible rest for people who “can’t meditate” (the sound gives your mind a focus)
Who it’s for:
-
Busy professionals who feel wired or overwhelmed
-
Athletes and active people needing restorative recovery
-
Beginners to mindfulness who want a guided, no-effort entry point
-
Couples, families, and small groups seeking a shared reset
-
Teams seeking a wellness moment during offsites or retreats
What to expect:
-
Duration: 60 minutes (75/90 available on request)
-
Setup: A quiet area ~6×8 ft works great. I arrive ~10 minutes early to set the space.
-
What you’ll do: Rest on a mat with cushions and a light blanket; eyes closed (or soft gaze).
-
What I bring: Instruments; props on request (mats, bolsters, blankets) or we can use what you have.

Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time.
— Hermann Hesse
