WHY IT WORKS

(CREDIBILITY BOOSTERS YOU CAN CLAIM)

Calms the nervous system: Slow, steady tones + guided breath help shift the body from “fight-or-flight” toward relaxation.

Decreases perceived stress: Many participants report a quieter mind, easier breathing, and a softer jaw/shoulders after a single session.

Supports sleep & recovery: Gentle sound, stillness, and extended rest can help you unwind, which often carries into better evening routines.

Wellness note:

A sound bath is a relaxation and mindfulness experience, not a medical treatment. Results vary by person; it complements—not replaces—medical care.

What is a Sound Bath?

You lie down (or sit comfortably) while Didi plays crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Tones are layered slowly. You’re guided to breathe, release tension, and let your body settle. No poses to learn, no effort required—you simply receive.

Benefits:

  • Mental uncluttering and a calmer mood

  • Full-body exhale: neck, jaw, and shoulder relief

  • A sense of groundedness and presence

  • Gentle support for sleep hygiene and post-training recovery

  • Accessible rest for people who “can’t meditate” (the sound gives your mind a focus)

Who it’s for:

  • Busy professionals who feel wired or overwhelmed

  • Athletes and active people needing restorative recovery

  • Beginners to mindfulness who want a guided, no-effort entry point

  • Couples, families, and small groups seeking a shared reset

  • Teams seeking a wellness moment during offsites or retreats

What to expect:

  • Duration: 60 minutes (75/90 available on request)

  • Setup: A quiet area ~6×8 ft works great. I arrive ~10 minutes early to set the space.

  • What you’ll do: Rest on a mat with cushions and a light blanket; eyes closed (or soft gaze).

  • What I bring: Instruments; props on request (mats, bolsters, blankets) or we can use what you have.

Just lie down and receive—your only job is to rest.

II

“I don’t have much space.”

A small, quiet corner is enough; dim lights help, but not required.

“Is it loud?”

No. Volume is gentle and adjustable. Tell me your preference; I tailor it to you.

Lighter mood, clearer head, and a calm baseline that often lasts into the evening.

SAFETY & CONSIDERATIONS

  • Please tell me in advance about sound sensitivity, migraines, tinnitus, vertigo, pregnancy, or recent surgery so I can tailor volume and instrument choice.

  • If you use hearing devices, we’ll set comfortable levels together.

  • If you ever feel overstimulated, you can open your eyes, sit up, or pause—I’ll guide you.
